Join SSBC Technical Director Chris Acton to learn about the upcoming competitions during the 2022-2023 season. This session will also include an interactive component for skaters to make the first draft of their competition plan for the season.

The second hour of the session will be spent with one of SSBC’s Mental Performance Consultants, Andrei, who will explain how to take your competition goals and make achievable steps to get where you want to be.

Skaters should join ONE session only – preferably the session that most closely matches your age and skating discipline.
