🏆 CHAMPION! Jhenifer Pabillano has been the heartbeat of the @vancouverspeedskating leading with dedication, innovation, and heart. As president, she’s quietly transformed the club behind the scenes - introducing digital systems, securing the club’s largest grant to date, replacing aging equipment, and creating a volunteer program that engages every family.

She brought new vision to the club through long-term planning, led the return of club-hosted meets after nearly a decade, including the successful Family Day "Minivan Meet", and is now paving the way for the first interclub event of the 2025–26 season.

Jhenifer's leadership style is collaborative, efficient, and always forward-thinking. She champions new ideas, welcomes feedback, and does it all with a smile.

Though she doesn't skate herself, Jhenifer gives 150% to the club. Her impact is felt in every practice, event, and initiative. For her tireless contributions and unwavering commitment, we’re proud to honour her with the Champion Award. Congratulations, Jhenifer!
