Speed Skating BC uses an Integrated Support Team (IST) to provide programming in the Academy, GenBC, Team BC and PACK programs. Our IST is currently made up of the SSBC Technical Director, SSBC Short Track Provincial Coach, SSBC Long Track Provincial Coach, and Mental Performance Consultants. We are seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach to round out our team.

The S&C position is a part-time contract, compensated hourly with any expenses covered. The contract includes the following over the course of the 2022-2023 season:

1 Academy camp via online delivery (spring-summer 2022)

1-2 Academy camps in-person (summer 2022-winter 2023)

Gen BC Series via online delivery (summer 2022)

3 PACK camps via online delivery (summer 2022-winter 2023)
