SSBC Annual General Meeting: 2:00pm – 3:30pm
The AGM meeting is open to all. Club Delegates and Board will vote on governance issues for the organization.
The AGM will be held virtually. Voting Delegates will be provided credentials and instructions for voting.

Club Delegates will require a signed and completed Delegate Voting Form. Complete and return as soon as possible. Your form must be completed to vote at the AGM.
Each Club has a number of votes based on their membership. Votes by Club 2026. You may have one delegate voting will all your votes or you may have a number of delegates with a number of votes. Each delegate will have to have a completed, signed form that identifies the number of votes they carry.
