Saturday June 1 – 9:00 am – 4:30pm – SSBC Summit
A full day of opportunities to learn and participate in discussions to shape the future of SSBC. The summit is open to all members. It is highly recommended to have representation from all clubs for these sessions.
The Summit will be held virtually through the Zoom platform – be sure to download the latest version before the event.
Sunday June 2 – 9:00am – 12:00pm – SSBC Annual General Meeting
The AGM meeting is open to all. Club Delegates and Board will vote on governance issues for the organization.
The AGM will be held virtually. Voting Delegates will be provided credentials and instructions for voting.

The following Policies are being presented for review and ratification by the membership.
An information meeting for the SSBC membership was held on May 2nd to outline the policies and the changes proposed. . Polices marked “REVISED” were updated as a result of that meeting. The revised policies were passed by the Board at the May 14th Board meeting.
